How It Works

The dangle heart charm only needs a very small amount of ashes/hair/furr/breastmilk etc. You will need to send us your items for inclusion, please feel free to message us if you're unsure how.

Once I have received the items from yourself the turn around time is up to 4 weeks. Although it is usually a lot sooner, I cannot always guarantee supply date of the ring. If you require your order sooner please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate.

Any additional items not used in your jewellery will be returned with the finished piece, unless otherwise stated.
